La importancia del servicio Delivery en tiempos de Covid

Con la llegada del COVID se han acelerado los procesos de transformación digital, y acciones que promuevan el aislamiento social con el fin de mitigar la propagación de este virus que nos tiene sumergidos en la peor crisis contemporánea del último siglo

Es por tanto que el servicio Delivery o despacho a domicilio, se convierte en un servicio de gran importancia, ya que de esta forma se promoverá conductos nuevas y adaptadas a la nueva normalidad.


Aunque parezca contradictorio, contar con este servicio que la modernidad exige hoy en día no implica éxito en ventas, ni una aceptación del consumidor. Todo siempre girará en torno al buen servicio y la buena atención con que se «aderece» la entrega a domicilio.
Delivery (reparto o entrega) es una actividad parte de la función logística que tiene por finalidad colocar bienes, servicios e información directo en el lugar de consumo (Al cliente final).

En el ámbito empresarial, la gestión del delivery se preocupa del diseño, planificación, implementación y mejoramiento de los flujos asociados a la entrega, generalmente sujeta a restricciones de tiempos y costos.

En GRUPO OFX, nos hemos enfocado en adaptarnos a ello y por tal razón ahora nuestros servicios de recarga, mantenimiento y venta de Extintores para PH, Conjuntos Residenciales y Pymes y Grandes empresa ahora lo realizamos vía Delivery.

Esperamos que con esto contribuyamos gradualmente a la nueva cultura que como Panameños deberíamos adoptar todos
